Biography
Khatia Esartia (b.1978) works and lives in New York. She received her MA from Christie’s Education and BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Artist lived and worked in different cities of U.S.A - Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta. Main medium for her creative work is painting. Khatia has as specific individual manner based on her personal expressions, memory and fantastic reality. Khatia’s work has featured in exhibitions at the Marisa Newman Projects. Her Solo show “I have forgotten my umbrella” was presented in Marisa Newman Gallery in 2018 and had a very successful responses from the international media.
